Your wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and I am honored to document it with timeless, heartfelt, and authentic images. Whether you’re looking for a short portrait session or full-day coverage, I create photographs that not only tell your unique love story but also capture the genuine emotions and real moments of your day.
All packages include:
Photography during your chosen time frame
A planning meeting in Stockholm (optional, can also be held via phone or Zoom)
Professional editing and retouching (approx. 10–40 hours, depending on the package)
High-resolution, beautifully retouched images delivered in a digital photo album
A Fantasy Image – a one-of-a-kind artistic creation blending photography and digital art to tell something

The number of images is an estimate, and there may often be more.
Travel outside of Stockholm is subject to an additional fee.
Editing & Retouching
Every image is carefully edited to ensure a polished and harmonious look, including color grading, lighting adjustments, and overall enhancement. Portraits receive detailed retouching to naturally enhance your features – smoothing skin, removing blemishes, flyaway hairs, and unwanted distractions in the background. I also adjust lighting and shadows to create a flattering and artistic effect.
Despite editing and retouching, the images retain their authenticity and emotion, telling the story exactly as it was – full of life, presence, and genuine moments.

My Wedding Photography Booking Process
1. Initial Contact
Send your inquiry to sofia.theodoridoy@hyperisland.se To help me provide the best possible response, please include:
Your names
Date and location of the weddingYour photography preferences – which parts of the day are most important to you and how long you’d like me to be there.
2. Consultation
We’ll schedule a meeting via phone, Zoom, or in person if possible. This is an opportunity to discuss your vision, go through your preferences, and for me to explain how I work. It’s also a chance for you to see if I’m the right photographer for your big day.
3. Booking
If you decide to proceed, I’ll send over a contract for you to review at your own pace. Once signed, I’ll issue a booking invoice for 20% of the total price. Your booking is confirmed once the invoice is paid.
4. Planning
Leading up to the wedding, we’ll have a planning meeting (via Zoom or in person) to go over final details. If you book at least 6 hours of coverage, a pre-wedding shoot is included. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to get comfortable in front of the camera.
5. Delivery
A few days after the wedding, you’ll receive a sneak peek of selected images.
