Portrait Sessions & Pricing
Hike & Pictures – 2 hours | 10,000 SEK
We’ll meet at a location in the city and go for a walk, stopping along the way to capture spontaneous, natural moments. This session is relaxed and fun – perfect for those who want candid, effortless portraits.

Delivery time: approx. 4 weeks
Forest Session – 4 hours | 18,000 SEK
For those who want an immersive experience in nature, we’ll meet at a nature reserve or forest for an extended shoot.

City Session – 1.5 hours | 8,000 SEK
Urban landscapes, architectural backdrops, and the energy of the city – we’ll document you in motion, capturing both you and the environment around you. Whether it’s a quiet morning in the old town or a dynamic shoot in a bustling district, we’ll create striking, modern portraits.

My Portrait Photography Booking Process
1. Initial Contact
Send your inquiry to sofia.theodoridoy@hyperisland.se. To help me provide the best possible response, please include:
Your name
The type of portrait you’re looking for (e.g., documentary, artistic, lifestyle)
Preferred date and location for the photoshoot
Your ideas and preferences for the images – if you have a specific style or mood you’d like to convey
2. Consultation
We’ll schedule a meeting via phone, Zoom, or in person if possible. During this conversation, we’ll go through your vision, and I’ll share more about my approach. We’ll discuss the location, the atmosphere you want to create in the images, and possible alternative dates in case the shoot is weather-dependent.
3. Booking
If you decide to book, I will send you a contract to review at your own pace. Once signed, I will issue a booking invoice for 20% of the total price. Your booking is confirmed once the invoice is paid.
4. Photoshoot & Planning
Leading up to the shoot, we’ll stay in touch to ensure everything is set for creating the best possible images.
If you’d like, we can schedule a test shoot to explore different expressions and angles.
5. Delivery
You’ll receive a sneak peek of selected images shortly after the session.
All high-resolution, retouched photos will be delivered in a digital photo album within the agreed delivery time.

Editing & Retouching
Every image is carefully edited to ensure a polished and harmonious look, including color grading, lighting adjustments, and overall enhancement. Portraits receive detailed retouching to naturally enhance your features – removing blemishes, and unwanted distractions in the background. I also adjust lighting and shadows to create a flattering and artistic effect.
